At our new office location, providers are in clinic by appointment, and our client coordinator works remotely, answering calls and responding to messages for certain hours each day of the week. Our normal business hours are 8:30-4:30 M-F, even though some appointment times may fall outside these hours.

 
Our main method of communication with clients is through our client portal via ATHENA. Our team checks this regularly throughout business hours and once per day on days the office is closed. Once you have had an appointment in our new system, you should be able to message your provider directly, schedule follow up appointments, send refill requests, see payment activity, and more.
 
Once activated, you can use the Button below to access the portal. Please contact our office to get portal activated for the first time rather than using this link.
If you call the office and get our client coordinator’s voicemail, you can expect a response from us within 48 business hours, though we always try to respond as quickly as possible. 
 
If you have an emergency, call 911 or go to ER. 
 
If you have an urgent need, you can reach our provider voicemail outside of business hours by calling the main office number and following the prompts.
